Kiesland, Inc. is established by Jay F. Antenen, Jr. to focus on design/build and industrial development in Northern Cincinnati. |

1983 |
Committed to providing a single-source method of project delivery to construction clients, the Company adds in-house design and CAD capabilities (one of the first to do so in Greater Cincinnati). |

1985 & 1986 |
Through a collaboration with the City of Hamilton, the Company develops the Standen Industrial Park which caters to companies desiring well-designed, single-occupant industrial buildings. |

1988 |
Phase One of the Kiesland Business Park is initiated, eventually growing to encompass more than 300 acres straddling the communities of Hamilton and Fairfield, Ohio. |

1989 |
Construction is completed on Salvagnini America, Inc., the Company’s first site-cast, tilt-up concrete wall system project. |

1993 |
The Company enters the cold storage construction market with the construction of Bearcat Cold Storage (now Cloverleaf Cold Storage), a -20°F public freezer warehouse. |

1994 |
Butler Manufacturing is selected by the Company as the primary supplier of pre-engineered building systems. As industry leader, Butler Manufacturing offers superior products, capabilities and warranty for Kiesland’s increasingly large and complex Client requirements. |

1995 |
Kiesland acquires Kingsview Business Park in Lebanon, Ohio. Kiesland relocates to current headquarters in Sharonville, Ohio in order to better serve the Greater Cincinnati market which now includes projects in southeast Indiana and Northern Kentucky. |

1997 |
The Company is selected to serve as design/build partner by ProLogis Trust on the Sharonville Distribution Center, ultimately constructing more than 500,000 square feet of bulk warehouse/spec space for ProLogis and its primary tenant, Xerox. |

1999 |
Triple Crown Corporate Center, a new development in Richwood, Kentucky is initiated. |

2000 |
Mr. Antenen, President, retires due to health reasons and is succeeded by Donald M. Houpt, formerly Vice President of Sales and Development. Richard L. Hughes is appointed Vice President of Operations. |

2001 |
Kiesland is selected to provide design/build and construction management services for the McCabe Crossing Retail Center – 140,000 square feet of new and renovated retail space in Symmes Township, Ohio. |

2002 |
Mr. Hughes assumes role of President by acquiring controlling interest in the Company from Mr. Houpt. |
|
2003 |
The Company announces acquisition of 30 acres in Hamilton, Ohio, effectively expanding the Kiesland Business Park and solidifying the Company’s commitment to pursuing development opportunities.
Kiesland is selected to construct 100,000 square-foot high bay warehouse expansion for Furniture Fair in Fairfield, Ohio. |

The Company continues to diversify design/build capabilities with significant projects for retail, service, community and government clients. |

Kiesland launches a new state-of-the-art website designed to showcase Company capabilities and provide interactive capabilities for customers and project associates. |
