News Title Kiesland to build Cleveland Distribution Center
News Details Construction is currently underway on a new 50,000 sf distribution facility for Roadrunner-Dawes Freight Systems, Inc in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.  Kiesland is providing full development services including site selection, design, construction, financing and a ten year lease.  Roadrunner-Dawes, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin specializes in cross-country freight with local pick-up and delivery service throughout the contiguous 48 states.  This facility is the second such facility Kiesland has developed for the company.
