News Title Joint Venture to Develop Commons at Landen Office Park

Cincinnati, Ohio - A joint venture between Cincinnati-based Vigran Bros. Investments and Kiesland, Inc. is developing a 36,000 square foot office condominium development in Deerfield Township, Ohio.  Phase One will consist of two (2) 9,000 square foot buildings, divisible to 2,250 square foot units.  The development offers four (4) high image, single story buildings in a campus environment, I-71 visibility, ample parking and no earnings tax.  The project recently received final zoning approval and Phase One is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2008.  Architectural services were provided by KBA Architects, Inc. of Cincinnati.  For more information on sales and leasing opportunities, please contact Ross Vigran at NAI Bergman - telephone #(513) 984-5596.
