As part of Kiesland’s ongoing efforts to streamline the design/build process and provide better customer service, iSqFt has been selected to provide online information services.  iSqFt is a powerful tool designed to help General Contractors become more efficient, more competitive and in total control throughout the pre-construction process.

Through iSqFt’s network of Internet Plan Rooms and Private Construction Offices, Kiesland gains the ability to post project plans, specs and addenda and get bids from a wider, more qualified pool of subcontractors and suppliers.  Also the ability to draw on the public database of vendors – we anticipate this will give not only more bids, but more competitive bids.  iSqFt also offers tools to pre-qualify all of the bidders, giving us key information before making critical decisions on bid day.

With iSqFt, Kiesland improves the way we communicate with and coordinate the efforts of bidders.  We have the ability to send Invitation to Bid notifications and project-related bulk mail or collaborate with one or all of our bidders through a live web conference using built in tools - all from the convenience of our office in Sharonville.

Other benefits include - eliminating unnecessary travel expenses and significantly reducing printing and distribution costs. With iSqFt, we make the decision on what we do online and how our paper ordering process is managed.  We gain the ability to see which of our bidders has viewed the project documents online and even see who has ordered paper prints.
