  • Thomas J. Hurd to Vice President of Construction Services.  Mr. Hurd has been with the company for over 20 years, starting as a Finish Carpenter and recently serving in a variety of key field and management positions.  In his new position, Tom is responsible for coordinating field and office functions to ensure quality, safety, production and customer service.
  • Rick L. Seaver to Director of Project Development.  In this recently created position, Rick is focused on developing customer-specific building solutions and providing pre-construction services.  Seaver joined Kiesland in 2007 as a Project Engineer.
  • Janis A. Bryson to Office Manager.  Janis has been with Kiesland for 9 years and is now responsible for ensuring office productivity and assisting with customer service.
  • Jeannie Sanzone to Controller.  Ms. Sanzone is a licensed CPA and brings 17 years of varied business experience to her new position at Kiesland.
  • Rick Neff to Project Superintendent.
