News Title Commons at Landen Under Construction, 60% Leased
News Details

Deerfield Township, Ohio – Construction is well underway at the Commons at Landen Office Park, a four (4) building, 39,000sf office condominium development located off of I-71 just north of Cincinnati.  Kiesland began site preparation in June, 2008 and is targeting a February completion for the first two (2) 9,000 square foot buildings.

National childcare leader, Children of America, has committed to leasing Building #1, their first facility of many planned for the Cincinnati Metro Area.  Children of America chose the site for its proximity to other childcare providers and the favorable demographics of the nearby residential areas.  More information on Children of America can be found at www.childrenofamerica.com.

Additionally, William Renz, DDS is purchasing a 2,100sf office suite with plans to relocate in March, 2009.
