News Title Family Dollar Going to North College Hill
News Details

North College Hill, Ohio -- Work is currently underway on a new Family Dollar Store located at 1591 Goodman Avenue in North College Hill, Ohio.  The Developer, Ovation Land Group, LLC (Cincinnati) hired Kiesland to provide design/build services to renovate and adapt an existing 10,000 square foot optical store for the Family Dollar requirement.

Family Dollar Stores, Inc. (NYSE:FDO) currently operates more than 6,500 stores in 44 states and is based in Matthews, North Carolina.  With a unique merchandising concept focused on providing convenience and everyday low prices, Family Dollar is one of the fastest growing retailers in the Country.
 
Kiesland is working toward an April, 2009 completion for the store.
