News Details

Cincinnati, Ohio -- Kiesland was recently recognized by Cincinnati USA Partnership as one of nine preeminent growth companies for 2008.  The award recognizes sizeable growth or achievement which contributed to Cincinnati USA being named one of the top 10 metro regions for business expansion by Site Selection magazine.

Kiesland was selected by Deerfield Township, Ohio for the Commons of Landen Office Park.  The development represents an investment of $4 million in a four-building 40,000 square foot Class A office condominium complex by Kiesland and its' joint venture partner, Vigran Bros Investments of Blue Ash, Ohio.  The complex is currently 60% leased and is designed to appeal to healthcare providers and professional office tenants.
