NEW LIFE FOR 1900’S OFFICE BUILDING

333 East 8^th Street, Downtown Cincinnati. Formerly known as the Marsh Building, this 12,480 sf 3-story building is undergoing a major conversion from traditional office space to mixed use.  Upon completion in early summer 2023, the two top floors will feature REST, a hybrid lodging combination of boutique hotel with luxury apartments.

Marsh Ideas, established in 1940 is a locally based independent marketing and branding company that will occupy the first floor of the renovated building.  The building is centrally located on the east end of downtown.
