Kiesland Adds Steel Services

Kiesland Development Services has expanded in-house services to include the complete installation of pre-engineered building systems and conventional steel structures. This allows the Kiesland team to have more control over the entire building process; improvement of quality, safety, speed, and cost were the primary considerations influencing this initiative.

The Cincinnati commercial construction company has been an authorized Butler® Builder for over 35 years, having built hundreds of notable pre-engineered metal building construction projects in the Tri-State area.

“We know the Butler® systems better than anyone, so it made sense to bring these services in-house. This will enhance our ability to provide pre-engineered building solutions to a wider variety of projects,” says Rich Hughes, president, Kiesland Development Services.

In the future, the Cincinnati general contractor will add additional services, including sheet metal work and light fabrication, such as stairs and handrails.
