Kiesland Completes Corghi USA Expansion

The team at Corghi USA Inc. has “balanced, aligned, and lifted” its productivity thanks to an expansion of its facility built by Kiesland at 6067 Schumacher Park Drive in West Chester Township, Ohio.

Headquartered in Northern Italy, Corghi manufactures and distributes tire changers, balancers, and alignment equipment for automotive service customers worldwide.  The expansion in Greater Cincinnati was required to accommodate the steady growth of its existing product lines, plus a recent acquisition, Eagle Automotive Equipment.  Eagle is a leading manufacturer of car lifts and other automotive equipment that complement Corghi’s product line-up.

The expansion built by Kiesland was designed to support current and future warehousing needs and drop-shipping to any customer in the United States. Currently at 38,400 SF, the entire West Chester facility received an interior LED lighting retrofit, as well.

Kiesland provided design-build construction services in collaboration with KBA Architects Inc. and Abercrombie & Associates, Inc., both of Greater Cincinnati.
